Mac Pro, Mac Mini & iMac Repairs
From the compact Mac Mini all the way up to the popular 21.5" and 27" iMac, we can troubleshoot and repair almost any Intel based model from 2006 onwards.
Apple's desktop computers come in a huge variety of shapes and sizes, most of which don't offer the end user any easy way to upgrade or repair them. Fortunately they're exceptionally well built and tend to last for many years without any issues.
When problems do arise however, we're able to diagnose the problems and source parts for almost any year or model. Unless otherwise stated, all the parts we use are genuine Apple parts either brand new or refurbished. Where we do recommend 3rd party parts, we'll make you aware of this and explain the reasons behind it (usually either availability, reliability or cost).
A note about 2011 models.
Any iMac built in 2011 is likely to be affected by a problem with the graphics cards fitted that year. Due to a change to the manufacturing process that took place in 2011, it's extremely common for these machines to fail with graphics related issues. This can present itself as an inability to boot, or a computer stuck in a reboot loop.
Unfortunately, due to the widespread nature of the problem, we are unable at this time to source replacement graphics cards for this model. There are many sellers online offering these cards for as much as £400, however in our experience these will not last and will eventually fail with the same issue.
